There is a drainage of water problem. Water is coming down from the main road and water is constantly draining down, into lower mead end road. Due to constant water being running down to this road, it freezes over when there are low temperatures causing the end of the road to be icy. There have been numerous occasions where my car has skidded and nearly going into the ditch or coming out of the road my car loses grip as I turn. This issue with drainage/ ice on the road during cold temperatures needs to be reviewed. Thank you.
