• Urgent issue - Drains are almost full, very close to the top, an inch or two from the top of the drain/road surface - this is not helping my own drains and water almost reached my front door step this afternoon, I suspect due to capacity - the drains need clearing asap, otherwise the road will be flooded, and my home and possibly a couple of other homes too. I have only walked across the road to my immediate neighbours, so I do not know if the problem is the same further along the road. Obviously, all of the drains should be checked. I have noticed that the level in the drain outside my house (22 Wickwar Road) was extremely high at the end of August - I should have reported it then - bearing in mind that was a dry spell, this is obviously a big problem!

• The Cotswold way on this part of the route is blocked with vegetation, nettles, brambles and overhanging trees which is making it very difficult for walkers and horse riders wot use this footpath and bridle path. Causing damage to bridle kit, stings from the vegetation amd hitting overhead branches causing riders to lose balance.
