• The many reports of blocked gullies on the lane here and constant flooding appear to have been closed but no action has been taken and yet again vehicles cannot pass due to flooding. There has now been so much mud washed down onto the lane that the drains can't even be seen. Access to the school and to properties in Pool Hill is impossible after even a little rain, let alone the amount we have had in the last few weeks. Please can you arrange for these gullies to be unblocked, as so many people have already requested, so that we can access our properties.

• The drain was jetted last week but not well enough. They were only here 10 minutes and it has not worked as the road is flooded with immense collapse of our boundary wall. Last year they got the jet into the pipe the other side of the wall which went about 20 metres and that cleared it properly and stopped our lawn flooding as well.
