It seems this Tesco has decided to leave their multiple large metal rubbish cages on the pavement on a permanent basis. Is this allowed? Are you able to contact them and ask them to move these? (pretty sure they used to keep them behind the store. Clearly laziness with putting them back). This never used to be a thing, but it seems to be now. These cages attract litter, block the pavement, and look unsightly.

    Just an update, as this situation has gotten a little worse. As you can see from the pics, there are now more cages, they are spread across the entire pavement, and are causing more of an obstruction. These cages are supposed to be at the back of the store. I think the employees don't want to have to drag them back there and are leaving them in the street.

  • Tesco cages still stacked up on pavement (with people dumping litter on and around). These need to be at the back of the store once deliveries are complete. Storage on the public pavement 24/7 should not be acceptable, imagine if other stores did the same.
