Flytip, Litter, Broken fencing

Carters Hill in Mottingham Lane on both sides of the lane from Carters Hill Close to Hadlow college has been subject to a number of issues for far too long and I’d like to see them fixed: 1) Flytipping of bolders and rubble on the left hand side near the bottom 2)Fencing broken or in a perilous state, broken fence posts, broken trees hanging on by a thread, overgrown shrubbery and wire fencing broken which all need repair and securing by the relative land owners and council before a serious accident happens. 3) A Previously reported broken in half lamp standard on the foot path on the way down needs replacing 4) A considerable amount of litter debris within the shrubbery itself on both sides right down to the roundabout at Winn Road needs removing as it does along to the Dutch House. 5) A broken storm drain cover on the left hand side (One half missing leaving a sizeable hole) needs replacing With the Gas works going on and traffic stopped for a relatively short window of time, could I encourage/ask/plead with the Council to consolidate and synchronize the efforts of the various council departments/owners of land/contractors to bring safety back to this heavily used public roadway area and clear and secure the paths used daily by pram pushing parents and pedestrians generally on a very narrow footpath, check the safety of the worrying looking overhanging trees, the overgrown and 'tatty' shrubbery held together by weeds, broken posts and the will of God and do all this while the current contractors complete their gas installations and before the onslaught of heavy inappropriate traffic once again hits this small, pretty lane? - It is well overdue a thorough evaluation as do other parts of Mottingham Lane’s sidewalk.
