Rat infestation at Magdalen Wood footpath

I am also very concerned about the large number of rats on the footpath through Magdalen Wood. I regularly see several rats crossing or on the path, and it has become very unpleasant and worrying to walk there with my children.

Unfortunately, I have no alternative route, as I use this path at least four times a day to take my children to and from school and nursery. I would be grateful if the council could investigate the rat problem and take appropriate action to make the path safe for families.
