Overgrown trees blocking pavement

We are unable to walk along the pavement in Nightingale Court and have to step into the road as the trees now overhang so much. The branches are low and are affecting the walk way. This would cause a major issue for those in wheelchairs. There is a nursing home in Nightingale Court and the residents get taken out and pushed around the estate in their wheelchairs regularly.
