Missing speed limit signage

When the High Street became a 20mph limit, there is no signage at the start of Harvey Street suggesting it is subject to the 20mph speed limit. However, as there is a 20mph limit at the end of exit of Harvey Street/Dereham Road where is meets the High Street this suggests Harvey Street is subject to a 30mph limit. The 20mph limit legislation does not include Harvey Street, so this must be the case. As such 30mph terminal signage is required at the start of Harvey Street.

If this was Lincolnshire, then Lincolnshire County Council would have been providing prompt, comprehensive, and publicly-available updates to this report, right here on the FixMyStreet website, for everybody to see. Unfortunately, Norfolk County Council don't do that (and they even try to discourage people from actually using FixMyStreet)!
