I’ve just returned to my parents’ house, and to my horror, I’ve noticed that the verge outside their property - which was a haven for wildlife and plants, including alpine strawberries - has been strimmed. It posed no obstruction to traffic. I understand this has happened across the rest of Woodcote over the past few weeks. I would like to make an official complaint about this unnecessary and ecologically damaging activity.
