Incorrect road engineering

This problem has never been addressed. Since the late 80's when the extended corners were added to address safety concerns, no one, but no one has ever addressed the flow of drain water around the Marlow Road areas. All three drains at the south side of the junction of Wickham and Marlow Road are blocked. They are always blocked... due to the design of the extended safety corners, water backs up and floods my front garden. My front garden (I live at 127 Marlow Road) was flooded again this morning. And as usual I had to spend three hours with a power washer, buckets, hoses etc, to remove six inches of mud, and general rubbish due to said blockage of drains. I understand freak weather happens (like last night) but alas until someone in your road engineering dept accepts liability and understands the extended corners are a dangerous, not to mention terribly designed idea, I'll be hosing and washing road and gutter filth out of my front garden for the foreseeable future. I wonder if I spoke to my solicitor you might take some notice of my complaint?
