Dangerous hole and bulging of path

Immediately next to the disabled parking bay in Woburn Sands High Street is a hole in the footpath. Whilst in itself that is a danger, which is exacerbated by its location, the footpath is bulging for some distance around it - this is not easily seem in the images I have provided but the cracking may assist. I have just tripped on it but fortunately did not fall, others may not be so fortunate. The remedy I seek is, immediate inspection and control measures put in place to minimise risk to footpath users, followed up by an urgent repair to the area affected by height changes and failure.
