There's a drain that's completely blocked, so bad that you can barely tell that a drain is even there! When it rains it causes a massive and fairly deep puddle which makes it difficult for people to get into their car without having to go through it and hard to keep children out of it and getting themselves soaked. This is where people park to access flats on nuffid road, located next to the car park for Forrester's tower.
