Constantly reported no action taken regarding trees

All the trees along this route are heavily over grown for double decker buses and school coaches who regularly use this route as their route locations are having to drive in the middle of the road and have near misses each and every day with cars driving about 50mph which is the speed limit along here.
If we wasn’t to drive in the middle of the road for approximately 1 mile there would be catastrophic damage to the bus which could affect / injure passengers. Adults, children and babies.
This has been reported many times to which we always get told that “there is no defect”

•Faulty temporary or permanent traffic lights (i.e. stuck on red)
•Exposed cables
•Multiple street lighting faults

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
