The mattress are gone but we still have the fly dumping problem the council are not arsed about fixing this problem they want the public to catch these people get photos of it happening reg numbers other witnesses it happens early hour of the morning council need to help and stop this

The rubbish is gone but people still just dumb s*** by the bins. We never had this problem until the council put these three bins in and now they're starting to stink
