High probability of serious injury or death - pothole on expansion joint

Large hole circa 18inches to 24 inches in diameter and at least 12-18 inches deep. In main carriageway.
On westbound a420 and on one of the expansion joints of the bridge over eynsham road.
Hole has been there for weeks.
High probability of serious injury or death if a motorcycle hit the hole or if a car/lorry/bus front wheel is blown out by hitting the hole.

2 weeks later and it is now 30 April 2026. Issue still marked as investigating. In the event that a passenger vehicle / bus / lorry or motorcycle hits this pot hole there will be a high probability of it leading to significant vehicle damage resulting in loss of control and potential for serious injury or death.
This is a popular stretch of road for motorcyclists and now the weather has improved there will be more bikers which increase the chance of the large deep pothole being struck.
