White Golf Restricting Resident Access

This golf appeared outside the Lisnagarvey Court flat blocks on the morning of Sunday 12th April, restricting access to the fenced residents parking area. It’s a white Volkswagen polo, with tinted windows and a custom number plate, MW69 YMS. It has been there since before 5:30am on Sunday, and hasn’t moved since (as of 19:10). Whilst cars are able to just about drive around it, larger vehicles such as waste collection vehicles or emergency vehicles have no chance getting past.
