Long stretch of very poor road surface

I cycle on this stretch of road (near the entrance road to Aston Rowant Nature Reserve) from time to to time and had noticed last winter that the road surface was very poor (potholes, ridges, uneven surfaces) and dangerous to cyclists and car drivers. It was very poor yesterday and I struggled to find a line that was safe and even. Please prioritise. The whole stretch of about 20 metres needs resurfacing. Thank you.
