Rubbish and general waste left on Amblecote Road bin collection area

We had three large container bins in this space in Amblecote Road passageway leading to Chinbrook Meadows. When refuse collection takes places, the bins aren't put back in the correct space and left on the street. People leave bin bags in the area and don't put them in the main bins. Foxes get to the bags and rubbish is left (food waste, baby nappies, general rubbish) and it looks awful. I collected the bin bags that were left in the area and put them in the big bins in the road. There is a lot of rubbish left and it needs to be professionally cleaned to prevent rodents and make it look presentable.
