Dog Fouling - Foxglove Lane

At 715 this morning we came across a large pile of dog mess (still steaming)! Approximately 20-25 yards down the lane from the bin at the back of Honeysuckle Close, on the edge of the path next to the grassy area. We suspect it was two ladies with three dogs as they had passed only moments earlier. An enforcement officer needs to be hear early and wander around this area for at least an hour to speak to and educate dog walkers! I’ve spoken to you recently and all I’ve seen is a bit of red spray…..
