There are multiple pot holes in the pavements outside the church on Church Road going all the way up to the GP surgery. This has been a problem for over 2 years, these potholes have been here for years. I am a wheelchair user and my wheels get stuck in them till someone comes by to help me out the potholes. I no longer can do the pavement independently.

Under the Equality Act 2010, public infrastructure should not create avoidable barriers for disabled people. The current condition of this pavement is doing exactly that.
