There is a dropped manhole cover on the slip road of Eastern Bypass Road just after Garsington Road (road appears unnamed but runs alongside the main bypass. It runs parallel to the Premier Inn Hotel. It is a very busy stretch with cars travelling over the loose and very noisy manhole cover. This is just 3 metres from bedrooms in the hotel and makes for a VERY disturbed night with NO sleep possible.
