  • Why do all my reports appear to be in vain ? I go to Bereseford Buildings every day and the rubbish outside and chewing gum and cigarette ends is disgusting . How else am going to get the council to stop littering in this area and clean the old stuck on chewing gum . People every day come out of the shops and throw cigarette ends and spent lottery tickets on the floor and no one is bothered
