In 2025, this collapsing manhole was reported and was to be addressed, in your own words, "to ensure public safety".

In 2026, there being no remedial work done by either yourself or the utility company, it "does not meet the criteria for immediate intervention".

You can see from the photographs that the damage has worsened between the time of the reports, yet the urgency has somehow diminished?
