KM12 WLB is a black Nissan which has been abandoned outside the council house of 2 Bainton Green Road on the public highway. I believe it belonged to the tenants of the property who left over a year ago and for many months the vehicle was left in the front garden. Approximatley 1 month ago it was moved onto the public highway outside the property as its being renovated As the road is a single lane through the village road users are having to vear slightly off the road to get past it. It has had a flat front tyre now for at least 2 weeks and no sign of anyone attending to the vehicle and I would assume it would not start due to the length of time its been abandonded. This vehicle is SORN and MOT'd expired Spet 23 therefore it appears to have been abandoned on the public highway whilst its SORN. The verges are all getting destroyed as larger vehicles are having to mount the verges to get past it so it needs to be removed.
