A Manhole problem has been found by Oxfordshire County Council - the MH cover outside the Angel and Greyhound pub is loose and very noisy when vehicles go over it.

    There are 4 drain covers here. The ones with the cracked tarmac around them appear to be causing the problem. I also took a video but this link won't allow me to upload it. The cause could be wear and tear but is likely a result of heavy plant machinery from a nearby construction site.

    I was about to report this, but saw it had already been reported. The clanging is especially loud when a bus or lorry passes over, and quite a shock especially to nearby pedestrians.
