Rubbish Explosion

I am writing to formally report persistent waste management failures affecting the area surrounding the NCP car park and adjacent student accommodation at [insert location].

For an extended period, rubbish has not been properly contained or managed. Waste bags are routinely left exposed and overfilled. There are insufficient bins and receptacles to cope with the volume of refuse generated by these properties. As a result, birds are pulling rubbish from unsecured bags and open containers, spreading litter across the street and surrounding pavements.

This has led to:

Significant litter accumulation along the roadway and footpaths

Food waste and packaging scattered daily

Increased vermin risk

Deterioration in the cleanliness and appearance of the area

The issue is ongoing rather than isolated. The combination of inadequate bin capacity and poor management is clearly failing to control the quantity of waste being produced. The problem is most noticeable on collection days, but litter remains present throughout the week.

This situation is unacceptable and requires enforcement action. Thanks
