Twice this has been reported. Water especially during heavy rain flows along the dropped kerb edge and onto the footway. It then runs across the footway and down onto the drive of my elderly parents. If rain is persistent, the water flows around onto the lawn then up to the front door as per the picture. During periods of inclement weather this is likely to freeze potentially putting my parents at risk of slipping over resulting in injury.
