I am contacting you regarding the fallen tree opposite our house that we previously reported as blocking the road. Although contractors attended, they were present for around two hours but only spent approximately 15 minutes cutting down the branches. The debris was then dumped into the surrounding bushes rather than being removed. The result is that a large amount of tree branches and waste remains at the site. This is not an adequate resolution of the issue we reported. When we do garden works, we take our debris to the local recycling Center - we do not flytip the waste.

Please arrange for a return visit to properly clear and remove all remaining debris. I would appreciate confirmation of when this will be actioned.
