The pavement needs repair as a matter of urgency

The pavement in the area is in an extremely poor condition, especially when it is wet. This afternoon, I was walking with my colleague to St Edmund hall. My colleague tripped and broke her arm rather seriously. She has to wear a sling for eight weeks. There are lots of elderly people walking in this area (Queens Lane). The pavement requires urgent attention.

    Hi, the footpath outside my house to access into my house is covered in mud from people Parking their cars there I have just got my house fully refurnished and now the mud is all being brought back into my house. Please can this be fixed.
