Permanent puddle / water ponding along the northern kerbline of the junction. Assume gully that is located along this kerb is blocked. As a result of this ponding the recently undertaken pothole repair is already failing.

    The path between Peppard Road and Sedgefield close is in a very poor state of affairs making it difficult to walk down safely especially at night and near impossible for some of our elderly parishioners and those in a wheelchair who are trying to reach the Church hall
