There is a lot of rubbish appearing from the top of Halesowen Close, Ipswich to past the derelict garages at the end of this area. It consists of drink cans, bottles and general rubbish. The worst bit is adjacent to the garages, in the bushes that back on to the gardens in Butley Close. This has been reported before but seems to have been ignored. It gives the area a slum appearance.
