Crossing blocked by large puddle

The pedestrian crossing on Parks Road by Keble and the Physics department is blocked on the east side by a large puddle after heavy rain. This makes it impossible to cross the road at or near the designated crossing without getting wet feet. This discourages pedestrians from crossing at the proper crossing point and makes it harder to get around.
