Bins and an A board are constantly blocking the lowered kerb at this location. The lowered kerb is there for people to access the pedestrianised area and cross the road. It is totally unacceptable for this to be blocked almost permanently. This problem has been going on for over a year. Please sort this out and make this lowered kerb accessible.
