Lights are set to a program instead of using a sensor ont he set of lights coming out of the homebargains retail park. Causing the main road to have to stop for longer when nobody is actually in the side road causing further tail backs. And long ques to get off the retail park when there is cars waiting as the system doesn’t know they’re there. Can a sensor system be installed on these lights to keep this from happening over and over.
