Unpassable pavement due to overgrown hedges

Anfon at Leicester City Council 1 munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 856367.

I am reporting these overgrown hedges again as it is totally unpassable with a pushchair and today I was forced into the street as 2 cars came quickly by. This is opposite the school and needs addressing now. Unsure if the council own it or if it's a the boundary of 13,15 & 17 Deanery Crescent.
