Hello, We are currently experiencing water leakage into the basement wall of 161 Somerset Road, Knowle, Bristol BS4 2JA. We have had Bristol Water and Wessex Water survey the area around the property and have ruled out ingress from their supply's.
We are hoping that you could investigate the street drainage pipework outside of our property.
