This pothole was fixed a year ago and is back again. Please note that there is another I am reporting separately about 200m further on this road which is 1m wide and very deep

Unable to take photos as unsafe, the 2 potholes along this road have not been fixed and are now causing cars to swerve to avoid at 60mph. An accident waiting to happen.
