Dangerous build up of rotting leaves on foot and cycle path

Yet again, the area just past the Turnpike Pub on the Woodstock Road has become dangerous to both pedestrians and cyclists. This happens every year because there are very large overhanging branches that should long since been removed but haven’t been. There are very slippery rotting leaves completely covering the pedestrian crossing and path. As I was walking this morning yet another cyclist slid and came off their bike. It is particularly dangerous in the morning and afternoon commute times when it is dark and therefore impossible to see what is underfoot/ under bike wheels. This needs clearing urgently and the branches finally dealt with before someone has a really nasty fall and breaks a hip/ leg/arm. Thank you.
