• Thank you for the report. The section in front of the garage block is private, but Parkwood is a Bromley council adopted road, as you can see on the photos there yellow line and parking bay. The area of leafage is covering the yellow lines and road gully on corner of first garage (which I removed due to causing a flood issue) and on the pavement section also on Parkwood. I have reported this in the past and the issue was addressed
