  • It has been over 28 days in working days and no fix has been done

  • I live only 20 feet from this damaged road and my house is over 400 years old. When heavier vehicles go over this area (often at speed as they ignore the 20mph limit) my whole house shakes. My concern is these shakes are damaging the fabric of my period property as the mortar is lime mortar (because the building is listed). Also the damaged road area has noticeably deepened in recent weeks. There is a gas mains underneath that could easily be damaged.

  • Over 2 months. Still not fixed. It has an amusing message now though.

  • Still not repaired and the hole is getting deeper. Traffic noise, vibration and shaking considerably getting worse. The hole is difficult to avoid for traffic coming into Banbury because of permit parking spaces on the opposite kerb.

  • THREE months and still no action (other than white paint). The crashes and bangs as heavy vehicles go by is destroying my house and sanity

  • Although the pothole has been outlined with white it is difficult to avoid due to parking permit spaces opposite. Large vehicles eg buses and Lorrie’s just go straight over it causing severe banging and vibrations. Underneath is a gas junction (hence the initial repair in the first place) which is likely to be damaged by the continual vibrations and bangs.
