The photos do not do this justice. Coming up the hill and hitting this feels like driving into a small kerb head on. Those that know it is there swerve around it towards oncoming traffic and those that do not are damaging their vehicles. It seems this was reported before and for some reason it was deemed that no work was required. This is dangerous.
