Could you please confirm if this is the lighting in Magnette Close? We have had recent reports of the lighting on the footpath Vintner Road to The Vines/Waitrose being out, but we have checked those (including W2) and they were working OK a day or two ago. However, one of the reports also mentioned Magnette Close. The streetlights painted black in Magnette Close are not Oxfordshire County Council lights. That close is a private road, i.e., not Highway Maintainable at the Public Expense.
If you live in Magnette Close, do you know who maintains the properties and/or roadway? They are likely to be the organisation who also owns and maintains the streetlights in the close. Your fault report should be passed to them.
