The flags have been up for some time. There are many reports and complaints on the council site. Please remove them. They detract from the poppies. Not everyone wants them.

  • The Council is removing paint from the highway, including on mini roundabouts and the like on a priority basis, with potential offensive wording being removed as a priority. The Council is compiling a list of flag locations, with flags where there are safety concerns being prioritised for removal
