Motorcycle Security! ground anchors required

The area outside the front of Milton Keynes Central train station was recently renovated and upgraded for pedestrians and cyclists. The motorcycle bays did have cycle bollards whereby they could be locked to them. These could be used by motorcyclists too so as to secure motorcycles by chain and locks.
As these have been removed, this is no longer possible. Motorcycle thefts are a major nationwide issue! Can ground anchors be installed in the bay please?
