Street light obscured by tree

The Streetlight on West side of Hamton Road by the Zebra crossing is partially obscured by a tree. This means the zebra crossing is poorly lit. A car hit a pedestrian on the crossing at 17.45 on 30 October. The Street light on the opposite side of Hampton Road is also obscured by a different tree. (Reported separately)
