Blocked Gully Drain

This Gully Drain and others further south on the A338 are still completely blocked. Large volumes of water are cascading northwards down the road every time it rains. This gully drain in particular is very badly blocked but they all need unblocking before a major aquaplaning incident/accident occurs.
