Road is uneven and caused significant noise to local resident

The road is very uneven and large vehicles like lorries, vans, buses and articulated vehicles cause very load crashing sound when driving over this area. It has been reported over the past 18 months but still not rectified. The problem is made worse because my property is only 4 meters from the area affected and the house shakes every time vehicles ride over the area. It’s causing damage to my home. It needs properly levelling and resurfacing please.
