Edge of Road eroding and overgrown Shrubs

The overgrown shrubs all along this road and the edge of the roads eroding is making this road even more hazardous to drive along. It is nearly impossible for two cars to pass side by side now. The edge of the road needs fixing and shrubs, etc need cutting back.
