Anfon at Bristol City Council llai na munud yn hwyrach. Cyfeirnod FixMyStreet: 8302612.
This property seems to be abandoned. Over the past 8 years without occupation it has become an eyesore in this conservation area. Please can this be rectified?

The site is also increasingly being used as a dumping ground for commercial waste (see picture) despite the on-pavement presence of a Veolia waste bin. Can the waste be removed please (and efforts made to relocate the bin)?

This was noted as closed and needs to be reopened. This property still presents as decrepit and run down. The property has progressively gotten worse in the past 3 years in particular. I have attached google street views for the past 10 years. The property has remained vacant for 10 years. This area is supposed to be a conservation area. I'm requesting Bristol City Council acknowledge the long-term abandonment and provide a response as to why it hasn't engaged; in an enforced sale (if debts or charges exist) in a compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) where a building is harming regeneration objectives. Property / Regeneration teams within it's own council.
In summary - This commercial property has been vacant and now visibly derelict for approximately ten years. The building is in poor external condition and is having a negative impact on the amenity and appearance of the street. The structure appears unmaintained, with a broken fascia / boarded frontage / overgrown frontage / rotten timberwork. The prolonged abandonment is now affecting neighbouring properties and the general environment of the area. Given the duration of vacancy and degree of deterioration, I am requesting that the Council investigate the condition of the building and issue a Section 215 (Untidy Land) Notice or any other appropriate enforcement action. If the owner remains unresponsive, I would also ask that the case be assessed for referral to the Property & Regeneration team for potential enforcement or compulsory action.
