Domestic black bins on pavement bottom of Holme farm Avenue. These bins are being used by the chip shop pizza shop. They are putting business waste into overflowing domestic bins this is attracting rats. These bins should be put back on their own property and the waste into their business red bins

These domestic bins are still being used for business waste as of 10/11/2025 and are still on the pavement

The problem is now even worse. It’s time this was was sorted once and for all. It is a right eyesore for the residents. These bins should not be on the pavement . You the council stipulate the rubbish bins should only be on the pavement on collection day. It’s time you the council stick to your own rules

This problem has been going on for months, even when it is reported you do nothing about it. As of today the 31th March 2026 there is 2 domestic black bins full of chip shop end of day bags and now cardboard box’s.I as a local resident am totally fed up of your lack of action.
